Roasting Class: Intro to Roasting

Our most popular roasting class.  This course introduces the student to the world of coffee roasting.

This exploratory class starts in the classroom with an overview of the components of a roasting machine, followed by a brief course on green coffee. Alongside their instructor, the students will then take turns roasting their coffees. The class will finish with a tasting of the coffees they roasted that day. Students are welcome to take home all the coffee they roast! This class will have one 15-minute break.

Refund Policy: students are available for a full refund up until 72 hours prior to the start time of their class. By purchasing this class, you acknowledge that you will not be eligible for a refund if you attempt to cancel or re-schedule your class within the 72 hour mark.
