Resting Time

We roast on a Probat P25. We recommend waiting at least seven days post-roast before brewing. 

Roast Schedule

We roast weekly on a Wednesday.  All orders will be shipped out the same day.

We will do our best to fulfill orders placed on the roast day, but do not guarantee that it will make it on the roast schedule.

Domestic

If you purchase 1x 250g bag of coffee, this will ship via USPS First-Class Mail as a default shipping option for $3.00 flat rate. 

If you purchase 2x 250g bags of coffee, or a 2lbs or 5lbs bag of coffee, this will ship for free via UPS Ground or FedEx Express (whichever is faster).

International

All customers are responsible for their own import duties/taxes. We will always mark shipments as "roasted coffee samples" valued at US $15.00. If you'd like us to ship your package with specific customs information, please write to us at orders@regaliacompany.com.

Canada - We ship to most urban areas. Free shipping starts at 4lbs (1.81kg).

Middle East (Israel, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) - Free shipping starts at 6lbs (2.72kg).

Europe (Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, UK, Croatia, Ireland, Portugal, Netherlands) - Free shipping starts at 6lbs (2.72kg).

Asia A (Australia, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China) - Free shipping starts at 6lbs (2.72kg).

Asia B (Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand Vietnam) - Free shipping starts at 8lbs (3.62kg).

If your country is not on the list, and you would like to order coffee, please email orders@regaliacompany.com with your desired order and shipping address. 

Return Policy

If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your coffee purchase, please contact orders@regaliacompany.com to see if we can send you another coffee that suits your palate. We do not accept returns on roasted coffee. If you purchased any merchandise from us, and it is unused, please return it to:

We accept returns of coffee brewers in their original packaging that are free of damage, defects, and have not been used.  We do not accept returns on paper filters of any kind.
