Community Brewing

Introducing a new event series at Regalia!

Community Brewing is an event dedicated to brewing - pourover, espresso, and more - and an opportunity to explore more of our menu with the Regalia team. 

You will get a chance to brew as much of our coffee as you’d like using our equipment, sharing in conversations on brewing techniques, extraction, and roasting theory. We’ll have dialed-in recipes for you to try on different brewing devices, and you’ll be free to experiment with the coffees on your own.

We’ve redesigned our lab to center around the brewing tools we use for QC, complete with a variety of top-quality grinders, drippers, custom waters, and more. This is a space where you can experience the quality of our coffees in new ways.

Admission is $5, which includes unlimited coffee for tasting. This event has a limit of 15 participants.
