Juan Diego de la Cerda is known on the world level for his award-winning work on his farm El Socorro. Juan Diego's first COE win in 2007 has since then propelled his name across the globe. He is known for being steadfast in his approach to clean, washed lots, and letting the profile of his coffees speak for themselves.
We've purchased a washed Java lot from his 2026 crop year. This coffee is incredibly clean, with fuji apple leading in to a complex sweetness that reminds us of candied tangerine and matcha mochi.
