Anibal Burbano "Flor Blanca"

Anibal is a Cup of Excellence winning farmer, having won 2nd place in the 2021 Colombian CoE. This particular lot is a prime example of his expertise and refined skill in processing. After being fully washed, the coffee is set to dry over the period of 20 to 24 days. Outside of it's silky body, this coffee is bountiful in its vanilla and citrus expressions.
