Cupping Brewer

The Cupping Brewer is perhaps the simplest brewer out in the market.  Intended for multiple coffee professionals to hygienically sample the same coffee, we've put it on the webstore for those who are looking for an easy immersion brewer with no-fuss. 

Step 1

Evaluate the dry grounds. Pour 500mL of water over 30 grams of coffee ground fine. Wait 4 minutes. 

Step 2

Using a spoon, gently stir the grounds on top of the brewer while smelling the aromas they release.

Step 3

Clean the remaining foam from the top of the brewer. Insert and hold the stopper in place. Pour the coffee into a drinking vessel and enjoy.
