Star-studded producer Lucio Luque won 2nd place in COE Peru last year, and gives us this amazing harvest for 2021. This lot is 30-hr wet fermented with a quick 6-10 day drying period on raised beds. We get Narino-like acidity and clarity, chocolate, and a heavy mouthfeel.
