Finca Betel "Gyrola"

This natural Rume Sudan lot is a subtle and lovely expression of this varietal. We get a lot of fragrance: white basil, spice, and floral qualities accompanied by peach, nougat, and vanilla.

Finca Betel is no stranger to the world-level barista competition circuit.  They put out stunning quality year after year, and their coffee is highly sought after from all roasteries in the world.  Producer and Educator César Andrés Ledesma Bermúdez leads Finca Betel's vision with great prowess and skill.  

Fresh ripe cherries are picked then solar dried for 30-36 hours until their intended moisture targets.
