Who we Are

Paolo Maliksi started Regalia with the assistance of his friend and roasting mentor Scott Rao.

We roast on a custom-built Mill City 15kg at the Regalia Roasting Collective.

We are excited to provide roasted coffee to both consumers and colleagues alike.  Our coffees speak stories of people, climate, processes and culture. They are roasted with an emphasis on structure and balance, allowing you the "viewer/listener/brewer/drinker" to consistently perceive all of the coffee's intrinsic beauty.
