Don Victor’s farm is called La Pia, and is located in the region of Fraijanes, just a short drive from Guatemala City. Don Victor's veteran team treats the coffees with love and care: they are washed using traditional channels, followed by a long patio-drying time.
We get serious chocolate orange vibes here, and a whole lot of cherry cordial sweetness.
